PASTOR
Heath Zuniga
Heath is Mexican-American and was born and raised in the United States. He came to understand the beauty of the gospel in college where he met his future spouse, Emily. Together they have three children, Hudson, Lewis and Selena.
He has over a decade of ministry experience and has worked in various pastoral roles in Seattle, WA, and St. Louis, MO. He graduated from Covenant Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity. Most recently, he worked for five years as an Assistant Pastor at a PCA church in Columbus, OH, where helped plant and establish the church. It was during this time in Columbus that his family began to see a need for starting a church in a majority Hispanic zip-code.

Paula Adams
Paula was born and raised in Bogota – Colombia and moved to the States when she was 20 years old. She is passionate about serving the church to help children grow and enjoy a vibrant Christian faith. This deep desire was inspired primarily by both of her grandmas during her early years of life and confirmed after she had her third child when she joined the team at Kissimmee Fellowship.
Paula came to faith in Jesus in her early 20's and she is married to her husband Jonathan. Together they have three children Seth, Liam, and Luca. She enjoys learning about Jesus’ life and deeply longs to be a vessel for children to learn, believe, grow, understand, and enjoy the Gospel and its application to their current lives. Paula holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and loves using her gifts and knowledge to advance the work in God’s kingdom with the youngest disciples in and out of the church. Some of her favorite things are listening to audiobooks, cooking, time in nature, hosting gatherings at home, and spending time with her family in the backyard.
WORSHIP DIRECTOR
Walewska Peña de Solarte
Walewska Peña is Venezuelan and has been married since 2010 to JJ Solarte. Together they serve as missionaries with Cru. They have a beautiful daughter, Luciana. Her personal mission is to inspire people to get closer to Jesus.
She loves to motivate and to create strategies that can help others become closer to Jesus. She loves to sing and write in her journal. She enjoys a good conversation over chocolate ice cream.
WOMEN’S MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Emily Zuniga
Emily’s family grew up attending church in Ohio and she believed in Jesus from a young age. After a decade working as a Human Resources professional, Emily felt the Lord leading her to leave the corporate world to focus on cross cultural ministry, discipleship and women in the church.
She is passionate about helping women flourish and use their gifts in all contexts. She loves to read and go to the beach, and think those two things make the best combination. Emily and Heath have three children Hudson, Lewis and Selena. As a family, they love playing soccer, swimming, exploring Kissimmee and Orlando and building Legos.
The Church has one mission with two offices of leadership. Jesus established these offices to lead and care for his Church. Elders are primarily charged with shepherding and deacons are primarily charged with serving (Acts 6:1-7; 1 Peter 5:1-3). These two roles are distinct, yet complimentary in declaring and demonstrating the Gospel to the nations.
Until Kissimmee Fellowship has officers of its own besides Pastor Heath, they are under the oversight of Covenant Church of Palm Bay which provides accountability through a provisional session of elders.
