Heath Zuniga

Heath is Mexican-American and was born and raised in the United States. He came to understand the beauty of the gospel in college where he met his future spouse, Emily. Together they have three children, Hudson, Lewis and Selena. He has over a decade of ministry experience and has worked in various pastoral roles in Seattle, WA, and St. Louis, MO. He graduated from Covenant Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity. Most recently, he worked for five years as an Assistant Pastor at a PCA church in Columbus, OH, where helped plant and establish the church. It was during this time in Columbus that his family began to see a need for starting a church in a majority Hispanic zip-code.
Paula Adams

Paula was born and raised in Bogota – Colombia and moved to the United States when she was 20 years old back in 2006. She has been a Christian since 2012 and met her husband Jonathan in college and they have 3 children Seth, Liam, and Luca. She has worked in Accounting for most of her career and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Belhaven University and, after having her third child the desire to work with kids and serve the church to help children grow in their Christian faith became clear. Some of my favorite things are listening to audiobooks, riding my bicycle at the gym, planning parties at our house, and spending time with my family playing ball in our backyard.
Walewska Peña de Solarte

Walewska Peña is Venezuelan and has been married for 12 years to JJ Solarte and together they serve as missionaries with Cru. They have a beautiful daughter, Luciana (4). Her personal mission is to inspire people to get closer to Jesus. She loves to motivate and to create strategies that can help others become closer to Jesus. She loves to sing and write in her journal. She enjoys a good conversation over chocolate ice cream.
Emily Zuniga

Emily’s family grew up attending church in Ohio and she believed in Jesus from a young age. After a decade working as a Human Resources professional, Emily felt the Lord leading her to leave the corporate world to focus on cross cultural ministry, discipleship and women in the church. She is passionate about helping women flourish and use their gifts in all contexts. She loves to read and go to the beach, and think those two things make the best combination. Emily and Heath have three children Hudson, Lewis and Selena. As a family, they love playing soccer, swimming, exploring Kissimmee and Orlando and building Legos.
